Open rapeseed (Brassica napus) ear with seeds was placed in a rhizobox filled with the dirt to visualise the root growth. Rhizobox was inclined under 45 degrees for positioning of the growing roots closer to the lower wall in response to gravity. Rapseed seeds were grown in rhizobox for 8 days.
